Chameleons Newport

Chameleons Newport sits on Church Street in the centre of Newport, South Wales. Operating on Fridays only, the club draws couples and singles from across South Wales and into the West of England, and staff personally greet first-time visitors at the door. The house philosophy is explicit: members will never be pushed into anything they do not want to be involved in, and the space runs on a no-means-no culture enforced by management. The building spreads across three floors. Ground level holds the reception, a bar and main seating area, a dance floor, a singles changing room, showers, and two large Jacuzzis. The first floor adds a TV lounge, a couples changing room, a steam room, shower and powder room facilities, private and communal playrooms, a couples-only section, and a heated outdoor terrace for smokers. A sauna, additional showers, and further playrooms occupy the top floor. Membership is a one-time 25 GBP lifetime fee for couples; single ladies pay 10 GBP annually and single men 80 GBP annually. The minimum age is 21. Valid photo ID plus a recent utility bill is required from Newport applicants. Phones must stay in lockers throughout the venue and cameras anywhere inside lead to immediate membership revocation.
