CKJ Studio (Club Kink Jax)

CKJ Studio has been Jacksonville's original alternative lifestyle club since 2014 — a private, non-profit social organization and Northeast Florida's premier members-only venue for the kink, BDSM, fetish, swinger, and LGBTQ+ communities. The space spans two distinct sections: the main Club Kink Jax area with a full dungeon (St. Andrew's cross and spanking bench), a lush Moroccan-themed lounge, a medical examination room, and Sybian stations; and the expansive La Intima VIP Lounge, which adds a dance floor, voyeur area, king-sized play beds, a private locker room, and showers — every play space stocked with condoms, cleaning supplies, and fresh linens. Far from a "Ken and Barbie" scene, CKJ draws a genuinely diverse crowd across ages, body types, orientations, and experience levels — rated 4.7 stars by over a hundred members. One first-timer memorably described it as "an adult Disney World where people embrace exactly who they are." Each open night begins with a 7–9 PM social hour welcoming newcomers before members-only play opens at 9 PM. The programming calendar is consistently varied: Wild Wednesdays, Fetish Fridays, monthly Kinky Bingo nights, a monthly Shibari Experience in the on-site Kinbaku Cardinale Dojo, occasional burlesque shows by Pink Pussycat Productions, and — every October — the three-day Jax Fet Fest Expo, a regional kink convention drawing attendees from across the Southeast with 40+ workshops, a vendor floor, and themed dungeon parties open to the public. Getting in starts with a pre-paid orientation ($20 via Eventbrite, offered at 7, 8, and 9 PM on open nights) — a 30–45 minute session covering consent culture, house rules, and a full venue tour before any membership can be activated. Trial membership ($69/person, one visit, couples and single females only), Annual membership ($149/person plus $25 per visit), and VIP membership ($599/person, unlimited visits with full La Intima access) are the three tiers. Single males must enter at the Annual tier. Every event is 21+ with no walk-ins, a strict no-phones-in-play-areas rule, and a consent-first culture maintained by on-site monitors.
