Club 103

Club 103 is a lifestyle and swingers club occupying a two-storey building at 103 Abernethy Road in Belmont, Western Australia, a short drive from Perth's CBD, Crown Casino, and the city's airports. The venue pitches itself as a space that bridges the longstanding Perth swingers scene with the broader kinkster community, and its stated aim is to feel 'more like a house party with friends, rather than a cold modernistic building.' It welcomes members regardless of gender or sexual orientation, and onsite parking is available. The club's two floors are fitted out with a range of dedicated spaces: a Dungeon Room (available for private hire), a Secretarial Room, a Group Room, an Exhibitionist Voyeur Room, and a Private Room, along with an outdoor area. Common areas include a dance floor with a spinning pole, a social lounge with a pool table, and two showers. Soft drinks and snacks are available from vending machines; there is no bar, and the venue operates strictly BYO for alcohol. Professional dungeon staff, referred to as 'Kinkmeisters', are on hand Thursday through Saturday. Sessions run most days of the week, with daytime openings Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (roughly noon to 3pm) and evening sessions Wednesday through Friday from around 8–8:30pm to 2am; Saturday evenings run 8:30pm to 2am, with Tuesday and Sunday closed. All times are noted as variable. The dress code is smart casual at minimum, with hosts reserving the right to refuse entry for non-compliance. The club operates a traffic-light consent system (green/amber/red) and prohibits touching anyone without expressed permission. No alcohol is sold or served on the premises; intoxicated persons and illicit substances are not permitted.
