Jo & David's Swingers Parties

Jo and David's is a private house-party operation run by Jo (Joanne, Canadian) and David (British), a couple who hosted lifestyle and swingers events in the UK and Spain from 1999 to 2019 before relocating to New Brunswick in 2020 and continuing parties in Canada. Their home in Chamcook — a small community just outside Saint Andrews on the shores of Passamaquoddy Bay — is the sole venue. Having hosted over 600 swingers events across two continents, Jo and David operate explicitly as private hosts rather than a club: attendance requires creating a profile on the website, applying to the guestlist, and receiving approval before booking. Average attendance runs around 60 people per event. The house spans 3,600 square feet across three floors. The basement holds a 600-square-foot self-service bar with seating for 20-plus, a large-screen TV, a changing room with individual lockers, over 50 bath towels on shelves, and a playroom with a king-size bed. The main floor contains the kitchen and dining area — a designated safe zone where no sexual activity is permitted — a finger buffet served from 6 pm, a lounge seating up to ten that doubles as an exhibitionist playroom, and a playroom with two queen beds. The top floor has two further playrooms and a bathroom. Outside there is a fire pit, a smoking shack, a back deck, off-road parking, and a seasonal hot tub. Over 200 towels are distributed throughout the house, and condoms are stocked in baskets in every playroom and at the bar. All drinks — spirits, beer, wine, soft drinks, and hot beverages — are provided free, funded by party sponsors. Parties run on Saturdays from 6 pm to approximately 1 am. Two events typically alternate each month: a Greedy Girls party (open to women seeking male or female attention, with men in a supporting role) and a Couples and Singles party (open to mixed-sex couples plus single ladies and a limited number of single men). The 2026 contribution rates are CA$80 per couple (married, engaged, or cohabiting), CA$125 per couple (attending together for the event only), CA$40 for single ladies, and CA$75 for single men. Entry is by advance booking only — no walk-ins. Single men must pay within one hour of booking or the reservation is cancelled. No cameras or recording devices are permitted anywhere on the property.
