Kat's Fantasies

Kat's Fantasies is a long-running adult lifestyle club operating out of an upscale venue in South Surrey, British Columbia, self-described as Vancouver's hardcore swingclub. The club has been active since approximately 2007 and operates by screened membership only — no walk-ins — with free membership granted after a short application process including a photo submission. The guest mix trends toward couples and single women in the 35–50 age range and screened single men aged 19–55, with attendance ranging from roughly 20 to 75 per event depending on the night. The venue features a dance floor, DJ booth, pool table, two private rooms, and a large open orgy room equipped with a sex swing and a signature wall of porn. Two no-play socializing lounges allow guests to meet and mix without pressure. Massage tables and oils are available, and overnight accommodation is offered on-site: private queen rooms at CAD $60 per couple and open beds at CAD $40 per couple. The club operates on a BYOB basis; complimentary coffee, tea, filtered water, and light snacks are provided along with condoms and lube. The events calendar runs across several formats: Greedy Girl (one to two Saturdays monthly, 8PM–1AM); Fuck Me Friday (one to two Fridays monthly, 8PM–midnight); Bi Night (monthly Friday or Saturday, 8PM–midnight or 1AM); Cougars & Cubs (monthly Friday, 8PM–midnight); Hump Day Happy Hour (Wednesday, 7–11PM, October–May); and Sunday Afternoon Delight (Sunday, 2–6PM, October–May). Donation pricing varies by event — for flagship nights, couples pay CAD $50 advance or $70 at door; single men pay $60 advance or $80 at door; single ladies pay $20. Midweek and Sunday events are lower. Guests must arrive within a set check-in window and may not re-enter after leaving.
