Katrina Private Home (KPH)

Katrina Private Home — also known as Katrina Bon, or KPH — is a legal, not-for-profit on-premises swingers social sex club operating on private property in Vancouver, British Columbia. The club is centrally located within short walking distance of a SkyTrain station and has ample street parking. Run entirely by volunteers, it describes itself as a boutique alternative to larger commercial venues, welcoming both curious beginners and experienced lifestyle participants under the motto 'Be Smart · Play Safe · We Do!' The space occupies a single floor with a residential layout: a kitchen, two bathrooms (one with a shower), a cosy lounge for socialising, and three open playrooms each fitted with multiple beds; one room includes a massage table. There are no doors between playrooms, creating an open communal atmosphere. No bar service or dance floor is provided — the focus is social and sexual interaction. Condoms are available throughout. Cell phone use is restricted to designated areas and cameras of any kind are strictly prohibited. Parties run every weekend, with biweekly Wednesday sessions also confirmed on the club's calendar for 2026–2027. All attendance is by advance reservation only via email; walk-ins are not accommodated. The club does not post pricing publicly and does not accept credit cards — a cash donation to cover operating costs is requested at the door. Membership is open to committed couples and single women; single men are not accepted. No alcohol is sold, served, or handled on the premises — guests may bring their own. The address is withheld from public listings and disclosed only to confirmed members.
