Wicked Manor

The club's own archived site, which uses the name PlayhouseDFW, describes it as “a Private Members Group” that hosts parties for up to 125 members in a 7,000-square-foot venue. It is a members-only lifestyle group about 10 miles southwest of downtown Dallas, with parties on Friday and Saturday nights and themed events as well. The venue has a BYOB bar, a nightclub, a private ultra lounge with a dance floor, exhibitionism and voyeurism rooms, and private rooms that range from group rooms with a stage to fully private rooms with locks on the doors. It also has a locker room with free lockers and locks, a secluded pool and a parking lot that fits 70 or more vehicles. The club says it has no showers. Attending starts with a pre-approval membership application that includes a required photo, then paying for membership and buying a ticket. The location is released after member approval and ticket purchase. Guests bring photo ID to check in, and first-time guests get a tour. Alcohol is BYOB, with mixers and ice provided. A dress code applies, and themed events are exempt. Tickets stop at 10 pm, walk-ins are not allowed, and doors open for arrivals during the first two hours only, with no entry once they close. The club calls itself “a 100% NO PRESSURE environment.”
