Known simply as CAPC or "The Studio," the 1,400 sq ft venue is deliberately unmarked from the outside — no signage, no music audible from the street, just a discreet entrance that members know to look for. Inside, it's a different world entirely. The ground floor combines a dance floor with disco lighting, a BYOB bar area stocked with mixers, ice, and glassware, and comfortable lounge seating. Upstairs, a dedicated play room carries a sensual dungeon atmosphere equipped with a Saint Andrew's Cross, bondage furniture, and safe sex supplies placed throughout. Regular events include Fetish Fridays and Swinger Saturdays starting at 9pm, plus occasional themed nights — rope bondage workshops, educational sessions, and exclusive CAPC Elite events for select members. Membership is invitation-only, either through referral from a current member or an interview with the owners. The community spans ages 21 to 60+, welcoming couples, single females, and those across the full spectrum of orientations and relationship styles: swinging, polyamory, kink, BDSM, and LGBTQ+. Single males are welcome at all events except Saturday nights, where entry requires a female partner or couple.
