Casa No.1 is a Mediterranean-styled villa tucked away on Blankenauer Strasse in Chemnitz — 500 square metres of indoor space spread across four levels plus a sprawling 5,000 m² outdoor area with a swimming pool, lounge seating for 150, and even yachts repurposed for open-air play.
