Casa No.1 sits on Blankenauer Strasse in the Furth district of Chemnitz, Saxony, and operates on two nights a week — Wednesdays and Saturdays — a purposefully compact schedule that has helped it accumulate one of the strongest reputations in the region. Run by S. and B. Ranft, the club positions itself on “Stil, Qualität und erotisches Ambiente” and describes its own atmosphere as “familär, gepflegt & unanständig” — homely, well-kept, and uninhibited in equal measure. It holds a 4.9 out of 5 rating on JOYclub, where around 1,800 members have listed it as a favourite and more than 472,000 visits have been recorded. The property divides into 500 m² of indoor space spread across two floors and 5,000 m² of outdoor grounds styled with a Mediterranean theme. Inside, a bar stocked with branded drinks anchors a dance floor and lounge; a themed buffet of snacks and home-cooked dishes is available throughout the evening. Further in, a sauna, massage lounge, glory hole, and a dedicated BDSM section feed into multiple themed playrooms spread across both floors. The outdoor area includes a pool, seating for up to 150 guests, and overnight parking with spaces for motorhomes — all covered by the all-inclusive admission. Wednesday evenings run 17:00 to midnight; Saturday sessions open at 20:00 and close at 03:00. All entry is fully all-inclusive — drinks, buffet, sauna, parking, and hygiene supplies are covered in the cover charge. JOYclub members receive €10 off every ticket.
