Club Chameleon

Club Chameleon is not a commercial swingers club in the usual sense. It is a private 3.5-floor house party run out of a personal residence at 2315 W Reid Rd in the Grand Blanc/Flint corner of southeast Michigan, hosted by a couple named Sheila and Rich — empty-nesters with around 25 years of combined lifestyle experience between them. They ran a long tour of commercial clubs in Vegas, Phoenix, Tampa, Savannah and Atlanta before deciding to build their own version at home; the venue has been operating monthly since Halloween 2020. Address is never published — every party operates RSVP-only, and Sheila clears guests by text at 912-571-9424 (a 912 number from her Savannah days that followed her north). The tagline written across the front page is "Where YOU can BE who YOU want to BE." The house itself is the venue. 3.5 floors of party space, two house-run bars (Sheila pours Tequila, Fireball, Jell-O shots and "Georgia Snowballs" at "Tequila Sheila's Bar" near the dance floor and jukebox; the patio "Theme Bar" sits next to an 8-person hot tub on a 2,200 sq ft enclosed, covered, heated patio that works year-round), a dance floor with a stripper pole, three private playrooms, a "Peekaboo" voyeur room (three solid walls and one sheer curtain that opens and closes), and a BDSM/group play room kitted out with a St. Andrew's cross, paddles and floggers. There's a billiards room, a large outdoor lounge, and a bonfire pit with seating wrapped around it. The upper floor holds four private bedrooms and four bathrooms for overnight guests, with outdoor camping (limited electricity) for anyone who'd rather sleep out. Adult Jenga, cornhole, beer pong, foosball and drinking games stay on the patio for warm nights. Buffet-style heavy themed appetizers — fajitas and walking tacos turn up regularly in the blog photos — keep the energy up. Parties run monthly on Saturdays, typically 9pm to around 3am, with the occasional mid-week social ("Hump Day Game Night" format, 6pm, free entry, bring a snack to share) for the regulars. Every party has a theme (Glow, Playboy Bunny, Tie-Dye, Pineapples R Us, Pimps & Hoes, PJs & Lingerie, Medical Mayhem, Rednecks/Hillbillies, Oktoberfest, Neon Nights), with best-dressed prizes; themed dress is encouraged but not required, and clothing is optional in the jacuzzi area. All parties are BYOB and BYOC; the house is smoking and 420 friendly throughout. Singles policy is the only formal gate — couples and single women welcome without restriction, and single men admitted under a vetted "Single Male Expectations" policy that Sheila shares only on request. The whole operation is deliberately small and word-of-mouth. About 1,155 likes on the public Facebook page (facebook.com/ChameleonMI), 55 members in the linked Swing Lifestyle community group, no Instagram, no Twitter, no ticketing platform — just Sheila's text line and an explicit policy that the address only goes out after she's approved the guest.
