There is no walk-in ticketing: prospective guests join a private email list to receive event invitations and early notice of upcoming parties rather than booking directly online. Outside of scheduled parties, the same house is separately offered as a private rental by the hour ($100 for the first hour for up to two guests, $50 per additional guest, each further hour at half the initial rate), with a discreet on-site host present but not involved in guest activities.
