The Eschborn site is the smaller of two locations operated under the treff-188.de brand; a second, substantially larger venue runs in Wiesbaden-Schierstein. The Eschborn premises cover more than 500 square metres and are oriented towards individual male guests, who purchase timed entry packages that include facility access and a set number of service tokens redeemable with the club’s independent female contractors. The shared facilities include a Finnish sauna, a relaxation lounge, an adult cinema room with an adjacent live area, dedicated private rooms, shower rooms, changing rooms with lockable lockers, and a screened outdoor space. A licensed bar serves both soft drinks and alcoholic beverages; entry packages include complimentary towels, toiletries, condoms, and disinfected slippers. On-site free parking is available.
