Xtasia

Established in the 1980s, Xtasia describes itself as the UK's longest-running swingers club, sitting behind an ironwork fence on High Street in West Bromwich. The complex has grown into a dual-venue operation: the main Xtasia Nightclub on one side and the adjacent Flirts Bar, Hotel and Cinema on the other, sharing the same gated grounds. A staff member walks first-timers around the entire site on arrival, and on a busy night the club draws well over 100 couples, with major events topping 300 guests. The Xtasia side centres on a large ground-floor dance arena with a fully licensed bar and themed playrooms and a dungeon spread across multiple levels. Flirts adds a cinema, bar, further playrooms, a boutique, a naturist sun deck, and hotel accommodation in double, dormitory, and quadruple rooms. The Flirts Spa is the newest addition — a swim spa with current-resistance jets, an eight-seat infrared sauna, an eight-seat steam room, a small gym, and communal locker facilities. In 2014 the club was voted the number-one swingers venue in the UK by the authors of Sex in the Cities. The main nightclub runs Friday and Saturday from 8pm to 3am (last entry 1am); the Flirts bar is open Monday to Thursday noon to midnight and noon to 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Membership is required for all events and must be arranged in advance online: couples pay a one-off lifetime fee of £20, single females £10 lifetime, and single males £40 per year.
