Club AntiChrist has been running since 2004 and is widely credited as Europe's largest alternative fetish night. Held quarterly at Scala in King's Cross — a multi-floor Victorian venue steps from St Pancras — each event transforms the entire building into a sprawling playground for goth, metal, and kink communities. Three dancefloors run simultaneously: The Hole (all genres of metal), the Hellfire Room (goth, industrial, and post-punk), and the Foyer (80s and New Romantic), while the Theatre of Sin stages live bands, burlesque, aerial acts, and cabaret throughout the night. The BDSM dungeon — equipped by Benchmarxxx with St Andrew's Crosses, spanking benches, a cage, and a swing — is staffed by trained monitors who enforce a rigorous consent policy; anyone who touches without asking is ejected and permanently barred. A separate monitored dark playroom offers more privacy for couples and groups, with free condoms provided. Out in the rear garden courtyard, hot food is served all night alongside tarot readings and a Munch Space for kink community newcomers. Cameras are strictly banned throughout to protect guest privacy. The dress code is more accessible than comparable London fetish nights — a band t-shirt and combat boots meet the minimum standard, while full latex and elaborate fetishwear are enthusiastically worn. Tickets are per-event at around £30–48 advance or £40 cash on the door, with no couples pricing or solo-male restriction. Time Out consistently recommends it, and Cultured Vultures called it 'probably the best night out I've ever had in London.' The kink community's consensus is clear: Club AntiChrist is the most inclusive and least intimidating of the major UK fetish nights.
