It occupies a standalone property at Freudenbergstraße 39 in the Hamme quarter of Bochum, a post-industrial city at the core of the Ruhr region in North Rhine-Westphalia, within easy reach of Herne, Gelsenkirchen, Essen, and Dortmund. The venue has undergone a refurbishment, resulting in a contemporary interior; private rooms carry a hotel-style finish with solid-wall partitions and dimmable LED lighting. The wellness provision centres on a Finnish sauna, steam bath, and hamam (Turkish bath), complemented by professional massage services bookable on site. Beyond the wellness zone there are 16 private rooms and a VIP suite with its own hot tub. Common areas include a bar and lounge, a TV lounge, and restaurant seating served with a complimentary buffet; a rooftop terrace functions as the designated smoking area.
