Landgoed De Zaar

Landgoed De Zaar is a lifestyle club set on an eight-hectare wooded estate near Grubbenvorst, a short drive from the A73 motorway just north of Venlo in Dutch Limburg. The estate's name — landgoed means manor estate — reflects what distinguishes it from urban alternatives: private grounds, surrounding woodland, a secured perimeter with an automated gate, and a location near the Belgian and German borders that draws a cross-border clientele from the Meuse-Rhine region. The club operates under the motto 'discretie, elegantie en verlangen' (discretion, elegance and desire) and carries SDC affiliation. The interior is organised around a bar and lounge area, a dance floor, restaurant facilities, and relaxation seating. Play areas include mirrored rooms, adult video rooms, private suites, a massage salon, and a sauna with shower facilities. Complimentary towels and condoms are provided throughout. The grounds also accommodate camper and caravan guests, who may park overnight within the secured estate at no charge. On regular evenings the dress code requires lingerie or similarly revealing attire for women and briefs or intimate underwear for men; on dedicated FKK nights full nudity is mandatory. The club opens on Mondays and Saturdays. Monday runs as a double session: an afternoon Sex Marathon from 13:00 priced at €10 per couple (single women free, single men €95), followed by an evening FKK nudist party at €50 per couple (€20 for solo women, €100 for solo men). Saturday's Sexy Lingerie Evening runs 20:00–03:00 at €80 per couple, €20 for solo women, and €100 for solo men. Single men are admitted at all events but pay rates substantially above those for couples or unaccompanied women.
