The Cottage Social Club

Tucked into the rural Adams County countryside near Orrtanna, Pennsylvania — just a short drive from Historic Gettysburg — The Cottage has been running as an on-premise lifestyle club since 1981, making it one of the longest-established members-only swinger venues in the mid-Atlantic. The property at 1534 Old Route 30 has grown into a sprawling multi-room complex with a live-DJ dance floor, mirrored stage with stripper pole, two pool tables, a full BYOB bar with mixers provided, and a large hot tub area with towels supplied. The club runs themed parties including Cottage Invasion and DIVA Rouge events, with finger foods and soups on Fridays and a full hot-food and salad bar on Saturdays. The playspace includes a large group room, observation room, six single-play rooms, a BDSM room, and twelve private party rooms. Overnight stays span multiple VIP room categories, from a VIP Suite with king bed, private bathroom, balcony, and kitchen access, down through standard Club Rooms assigned after the party ends. Showers are on site; checkout is 11 AM. Membership tiers run from a $10 one-night temporary pass through annual rates to Gold ($450 couples, $600 single men) and Platinum ($900/$1,200, two years). Friday door fees are $51 for couples; Saturdays $71. Single women pay $15 both nights. The average member age is 30-55.
