Ignite Club is London's largest lifestyle club — a genuine dual-identity venue that runs as Kestrels Spa by day and Club Ignite by night, set on Bath Road in Longford right next to Heathrow's Terminal 5. The January 2025 rebrand of the former AbFab/Kestrels (and before that Kestrel Hydro Spa) keeps the same sprawling 422 Bath Road building but gives it a fresh identity under new operator Caroline Towers. The headline feature is a large heated nude swimming pool — reportedly the only one at any UK lifestyle club — alongside three hot tubs, a sauna and steam room, a porn cinema with comfy seating, what the operators call the largest dark room in London, a dungeon, grope boxes, nine play rooms (three private plus three with viewing windows downstairs, two two-way-mirror "sheds" and one private room upstairs, all lockable from the inside), a dedicated couples-only play room, plus a licensed bar and disco. There's off-road parking for around 30 cars with an ANPR system. Daytime Silks & Skins spa days run Mon/Wed/Thu/Fri/Sun 11am–6pm (Mon/Wed extend to 10pm as clothing-optional, Sunday runs to 8pm) with a strict naturist dress code in the wet areas — robes, towels, or nothing, and footwear required everywhere. Thursday and Sunday days allow lingerie as an alternative ("Silks & Skins"). Evening swingers parties run Friday and Saturday 9pm–2am (last entry 11:30pm) as "AbFabulous Fridays" and "Sensational Saturdays", with smart-casual enforced: collared shirts and smart shoes for men, sexy attire for women — no towels upstairs, no trainers, no leisurewear. Once a month one Saturday is exclusively couples and single ladies with no single men admitted at all. Themed nights rotate through Wicked Vixens, Asian Darkside, Latex & Leather, Mocha Nights, Half-Off Fridays, and an NYE 'Oscars' Ball. Pricing: Mon/Wed/Sun spa £40 couples / £17 ladies / £43 gents, Thu/Fri spa £35 / £15 / £40, Fri/Sat parties £35 / £15 / £50 (single gents must pre-book with £10 deposit, no walk-ins). Ignite is a private members' club — individual membership is £25 per person per year (no couples membership, everyone applies separately), or first-timers can buy a £10 day/night pass and upgrade for £15 extra. Two forms of ID are required at first visit (one photo, one proof of address — UK driving licence covers both) and you'll complete an online application in advance. Phones are collected at reception, bagged with a numbered tag, and stored under CCTV — no photography or filming anywhere in the venue. Consent is heavily emphasised: "don't touch anyone unless you're clearly invited to." Play is welcome throughout the building except in the pool, hot tubs, steam room, and outdoor smoking area. One complimentary towel per guest (extras £2.50). Worth knowing: despite the naturist spa format, this is NOT a British Naturism affiliated venue — play is permitted in playrooms throughout the day, which distinguishes it sharply from mainstream UK naturist spas like Clover Spa.
