Tamarac, FL
On-Premise Club
Trapeze Fort Lauderdale describes itself as “an upscale adult private membership club”, an on-premise lifestyle club in Tamarac, Florida, that caters to couples, select single men and single women. It runs on membership plus a nightly user fee, opens Wednesday through Sunday nights and, a blog post says, has operated since the mid-90s. The club lists 9,000 square feet to eat, dance and play, with three BYOB bars and a central dance floor with an in-house DJ. The playroom at the back has an open play area, a sectioned-off area for a more private setting and a stripper pole, and the locker rooms have lockers and public showers. A nightly buffet with a carving station turns into breakfast in the early hours, and the calendar lists Tailgate Sunday nights and themed parties. To join, guests arrive in dress code with ID and fees, agree to the club rules and must be 21 or older. Couples and single women may attend nightly, but single men only Wednesday through Friday and Sunday. It is BYOB, with bottles marked with member ID numbers at entry, and visibly intoxicated guests may be refused alcohol. Men need collared shirts and dress shoes, back-room guests change into lingerie, a towel or go nude, and house rules bar drugs, prostitution, recording devices and rude behavior.

Bournemouth, Dorset
Events Organiser
Untamed Nights describes itself as “Bournemouth and Dorset's swingers club” for parties, socials and community events. It is an events organiser that says it was established in 2022, gave up its Bournemouth residency in early 2025 and will hold its events at hand-picked venues. Its Wednesday social, The Social at UN, runs on listed dates at Canvas on Poole Hill in Bournemouth. The Social is a relaxed evening for newcomers and regulars, with the Loft Bar kept as a social-only area. Party nights range from swing parties to BDSM play parties. At play rooms with locks, an open door invites guests to watch or ask to join, while a shut door means do not knock or enter. Entry to ticketed events is a per-person tariff regardless of how a guest identifies, and the social issues tickets to single men, single women, couples and CD/TV/TS guests, with single men ratio-numbered against couples and ladies. Membership is optional and open to established swingers with a meet-verified profile on a platform such as SpicyMatch. Photo ID is requested at every event, and the social admits no one without it. Dress to impress is the rule, with trainers, tracksuits, dirty clothes and baseball caps refused. Consent must be spoken aloud, and the club can cancel memberships or invitations after a breach.
Pennsauken, NJ
on-premise swingers club
Sitting along the busy commercial strip of Admiral Wilson Boulevard in Pennsauken, New Jersey — just across the Delaware River from Philadelphia — Venus operates under the banner of SwingersUSA/CouplesClubUSA and has built a following as one of South Jersey's most established on-premise lifestyle clubs. The venue draws a crowd of both newcomers and regulars, billing itself as a no-pressure environment that is welcoming to couples and single ladies exploring the swinger lifestyle. The club runs parties every Friday and Saturday night from 9pm to 4am. Saturday evenings include a pre-party Tantra workshop from 8 to 9pm before the main event begins. The club provides an appetizer buffet as part of the evening, and operates on a BYOB basis with mixers supplied by the venue. A DJ provides entertainment throughout the night. Attendance is typically strong, with the club reporting averages of 105 to 130 couples per party. Venus describes itself as South Jersey's most popular on-premise lifestyle club. Its location on Admiral Wilson Boulevard places it convenient to major highway routes connecting the Philadelphia metro region and southern New Jersey.

Richmond, VA
Virginia Friends uses the tagline “Virginia Friends since 1993!” It is an adult lifestyle club for couples and, currently, single women that holds its socials at a hotel near Richmond in central Virginia, with the location posted on each event's page. Membership is required, and the club says its website is not a dating site. Socials include a casual meet and greet, early registration and a newcomer's seminar in the hotel lounge, and a dance with live entertainment and a full-service cash bar run by the hotel. The party then moves to a reserved club floor open only to members, with security at the entrances, a hospitality suite and an adjoining room for group-oriented couples; theme rooms are allowed only on the party floor, for guests who buy that ticket in advance. Couples and single women are admitted; single men are not. Each couple must be 21 or older, with both partners showing a valid driver's license, and club-issued wristbands are required. First-time members must attend the newcomer's seminar, even if experienced. On the club floor the club supplies mixers and snacks and guests bring their own alcohol, while drinks bought in the lounge must stay there. Cameras and recording devices are not permitted, there is a no-tolerance policy for drugs and prostitution, and guests are asked for consent before touching.

Colorado Springs, CO
Social Club
VooDoo Leatherworks describes itself as “a private social club and community center” in Colorado Springs dedicated to kink, BDSM and fetish education. The volunteer-led club runs members-only events on weekends and classes and discussion groups through the month for adults 18 and over. It says newcomers and experienced players alike will find “a welcoming, inclusive space”, and it is closed Sundays and Mondays. The play space is a dungeon of more than 3,000 square feet with 15 play stations and suspension hard-points, plus a Social area for conversation. Recurring nights include a Members Leather Dungeon Party on third Saturdays, Members Dungeon Parties and PEAK classes on first and third Thursdays. The club also serves as an art gallery and studio for fetish and boudoir artists. Membership is required for members-only events and begins with a New Member Orientation, held four times a month, followed by a tour. Guests are admitted only with their sponsoring member, who is responsible for their conduct. Most events are alcohol-free; at special events such as the Fusion Party, members 21 and over may bring their own drinks, which volunteer bartenders pour. House rules require consent, a check-in with the Dungeon Monitor before setting up a scene, and no illegal drugs.
Hamburg, Hamburg
On-Premise Club
Swingertreff Why Not e.V. is a registered lifestyle club operating out of a two-storey house in Hamburg's Bramfeld district. Located on Bramfelder Chaussee in the city's northeast, the venue spans roughly 340 square metres and accommodates up to 120 guests per session, with parking available on site. It is structured as a non-profit registered association (eingetragener Verein), a less common arrangement among German lifestyle venues. Across its two floors, the club offers a wellness area with sauna and massage space, an SM/BDSM section, and a shared social area where an all-inclusive buffet and drinks service are covered by the entry fee. The club has positioned itself as accessible to first-timers, running dedicated beginner evenings alongside its regular programme. It holds a 4.8 out of 5 rating on JOYclub, where it appears among Hamburg's top-listed venues of its kind.

Duncanville, TX
On-Premise Club
The club's own archived site, which uses the name PlayhouseDFW, describes it as “a Private Members Group” that hosts parties for up to 125 members in a 7,000-square-foot venue. It is a members-only lifestyle group about 10 miles southwest of downtown Dallas, with parties on Friday and Saturday nights and themed events as well. The venue has a BYOB bar, a nightclub, a private ultra lounge with a dance floor, exhibitionism and voyeurism rooms, and private rooms that range from group rooms with a stage to fully private rooms with locks on the doors. It also has a locker room with free lockers and locks, a secluded pool and a parking lot that fits 70 or more vehicles. The club says it has no showers. Attending starts with a pre-approval membership application that includes a required photo, then paying for membership and buying a ticket. The location is released after member approval and ticket purchase. Guests bring photo ID to check in, and first-time guests get a tour. Alcohol is BYOB, with mixers and ice provided. A dress code applies, and themed events are exempt. Tickets stop at 10 pm, walk-ins are not allowed, and doors open for arrivals during the first two hours only, with no entry once they close. The club calls itself “a 100% NO PRESSURE environment.”

Winnipeg, Manitoba
Social Club
Winnipeg Couples Social Club (WCSC) is a Manitoba-based lifestyle community for couples who are in or interested in the swinging lifestyle. Founded as Prairie Swing Club in October 1999 and rebranded under its current name in March 2001, the club draws members from Winnipeg and an unusually wide regional catchment spanning Saskatchewan, northwestern Ontario, Minnesota, and North Dakota. With over 100 couple memberships and a volunteer executive, the club operates as a community-run organisation rather than a commercial venue. It holds membership in NASCA International and carries the EOLO (Equal Opportunity Lifestyle Organization) designation, affirming that membership is open to couples of all races and nationalities. As a non-venue club, WCSC does not maintain a permanent physical space. Social life centres on two categories of events: off-site functions — coffee nights, bar nights, and socials held at rotating Winnipeg locations — where no nudity, sexual contact, or drugs are permitted, and sexy clothing is welcome but BYOB is not; and on-site parties held in member homes or at a private club venue, which involve adult activity governed by the host's own rules. Typical off-site attendance runs 35–50 couples; private on-site gatherings attract 10–20 couples. Past events have included a New Year's Bash, a Valentine's social, and a Mardi Gras party. A standing weekly coffee night reportedly runs every Thursday evening from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. at a centrally located Winnipeg cafe. Annual membership costs $10.00 CAD per couple, and grants access to a password-protected private website with member profiles, photos, and club announcements. Prospective members must contact the club by email; Winnipeg-area applicants are met in person, while out-of-towners are screened by telephone. Event attendance costs $25.00 CAD per couple. Cameras and recording devices are prohibited at all club functions without exception — members wishing to be photographed must request a management-taken photo, delivered digitally. The club primary rule: No means No, enforced with one warning, then expulsion.

Torquay, Devon
On-Premise Club
Within Temptation is a licensed swingers and kink club on Lower Union Lane, a side street in central Torquay, Devon. Holding a Sex Entertainment Venue Licence granted by Torbay Council in May 2024, the venue has operated at this site since 2021. It caters to couples, single women, and — on most events — single men in a consent-focused adult social environment that mixes swinging and BDSM/fetish interests under one roof. The space runs across two floors. Ground level holds a fully licensed bar with a VIP section and table service, a dance floor, a pole lounge, a beer garden, a heated indoor pool (10–14 person capacity), a sauna (6–8 person capacity), and a dungeon fitted with a St Andrews Cross, Tau Chair, O Tower, and play benches; a disabled toilet and full wheelchair access serve this level. The upstairs play floor holds six gloryholes, two private playrooms (one en-suite), an open group bed, a first-floor stage area, and a 12-person communal shower. Microfibre towels are complimentary, robes and fluffy towels are available for £1 each, lockers operate on a key-exchange basis, and condoms and lubricant are provided throughout. The main programme runs Friday and Saturday, 20:00 to 02:00, with last entry at 23:30 (midnight by arrangement). The calendar rotates weekly-themed nights: Newbie Night, Bi-Gasm (couples and women; single men by invitation only), Bare Bones kink parties (no single men), and Hotwife's Hunger (free entry for women verified via FabSwingers). Private hire is available on weekdays. From September 2026 membership is compulsory: annual passes cost £30 (women), £50 (couples), or £60 (single men); four-month passes cost £15, £25, or £30 respectively. Day passes, which include membership and entry, are £15 for women and £40 for couples or single men. Single men are admitted subject to a strict gender-ratio cap and are advised to arrive promptly at opening.

Houston, TX
On-premise Club
Tucked into north Houston near the 77088 zip code, XCLUSIV Lifestyle (XL) is the area's upscale, members-only lifestyle event centre for open-minded adults — swingers, couples, approved singles, kinksters, LGBTQ+ guests, and the polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous community — drawn from across Texas and Louisiana. The venue runs Friday through Sunday with Friday and Saturday nights going until 5AM and Sunday wrapping at 3AM, pulling in regulars from Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Beaumont, and New Orleans. Membership is required but can be obtained at the door with a valid government-issued photo ID; all guests must be 21 or older. XL is fully cashless and BYOB with on-site mixers available. A live DJ, VIP sections, a dance floor, intimate lounge, showers, and eight themed playrooms fill out the space. Dress code is upscale and sexy, with a strict prohibited-items list covering shorts, sneakers, tank tops, and caps. Saturday single-gent entry is limited and requires advance RSVP. The club offers private event hire, affiliate travel packages to Desire and Temptation resorts, and maintains a FetLife community presence. Security cameras cover all public spaces while private areas are excluded. Photography and video require express written approval from management. Consent is core to the culture — non-consensual behaviour results in immediate removal without refund.

West Bromwich, West Midlands
Private club and entertainment venue
Xtasia describes itself as “a private club and entertainment venue” in West Bromwich, and its home page says it has run for over two decades. It is a members club that says it holds swing and alternative events every week: Friday and Saturday club nights, fetish afternoons on some Sundays, and weekday sessions at its Flirts bar, per its events calendar. The site presents the main club, the Flirts bar at the street entrance, a spa and an on-site hotel as one destination. Flirts Spa is built around a five-metre swim spa with Jacuzzi seats, an eight-seat infrared sauna, an eight-seat steam room and lockers; it requires Full membership. The hotel's eight bedrooms sit above Flirts, from private en-suite rooms to shared-bathroom rooms, and a stay is bedroom-only. The club has a fully licensed bar. Membership applies: the application is completed before the first visit and reviewed by the club, and single male places are managed to keep an event balance. New members show valid photo ID, the club is strictly for adults aged 18 and over, and staff offer newcomers a tour. Weekend nights ask for clean, smart dress and fetish events welcome black, leather, latex or themed looks. Outside drinks cannot be brought in, phones are left at reception, illegal drugs are prohibited, and a polite no must be accepted at once.

Fayetteville, NC
Swingers Club
YKW (You Know Where) is a long-running lifestyle/swingers club brand based in Fayetteville, North Carolina, that has had no operating venue since 2022. The address on file for its former club, 815 Shannon Dr, was vacated after the club lost its lease; as of mid-2026 the operators have not opened a replacement location, and the brand's public presence consists mainly of social-media updates rather than a functioning venue. Founded in 2005, YKW spent roughly its final decade at the Shannon Drive building, billing itself as North Carolina's first fully licensed, permitted and insured on-premise swingers club and citing more than 40,000 accumulated member sign-ups over its run. Per the club's own website, the closure was not a legal or licensing issue: the property's new landlord declined to renew YKW's lease past June 1, 2022, stating he did not want to be associated with "our type of business" after more than ten years as a tenant. YKW held a farewell party on May 21, 2022, and has been searching for a new home since. The operators say they dropped an earlier ground-up rebuild plan in favor of remodeling an existing, roughly 27,000-square-foot building, with permitting and buildout reportedly in progress. That shift moved the target reopening to "Summer 2026," but as of this writing the new address has not been made public, no reopening has been independently confirmed, and no source verifies any "hotel takeover" interim events — treat all of this as the operator's stated plan, not a confirmed current offering.

Chicago, IL
Event Organizer
Young Couples Party describes itself as “a lifestyle club built for you,” an event organizer in the Chicago suburbs that limits its parties to ages 21 to 42. Attending requires a membership, and the club says it holds live events every month, plus virtual events most nights, including yoga, HIIT classes, trivia and quarterly education seminars. The club's western-suburbs venue is a private country estate with 16 beds in 8 bedrooms, an indoor heated pool, an indoor hot tub, a dance floor and free parking, hosting night parties twice a month. Summer adds outdoor parties with two swimming pools, sand volleyball and clothing-optional sunbathing, and the club runs a hotel takeover each year. Each event includes speed dating, with three-minute conversations at numbered stations. Couples and single women are admitted; single men are not. Applicants sign an NDA and complete ID verification before choosing a membership level, and only paid members get event dates, with the address released to ticketed members. New guests bring ID showing they are 21 to 42, watch a seven-minute video on the party rules, get videos on consent and a private tour. Some events are BYOB and others have a paid bar. Dress is business casual or better unless matching the theme; illegal drugs are banned and smoking is outdoors only.
No longer operating — kept for reference and venue history.
Calgary, Alberta
On-Premise Lifestyle Club
Adore Social Club permanently closed, with its address now occupied by KNetic Club South. The club operated at Unit 103, 4116 64 Avenue SE in Calgary's southeast industrial quarter — a screened, members-only lifestyle venue that opened on the thoroughly renovated bones of the former Moonlight Magic space under new ownership. Attracting a crowd that typically spanned their twenties through their fifties, it built a reputation as one of Calgary's more polished on-premise lifestyle destinations before ceasing operations circa 2022. The venue ran to approximately 3,100 square feet across two levels. The main floor set a nightclub tone with large booth seating, a starlit dance floor, a professional DJ booth, and a stripper pole, plus a service bar area stocked with mixers, ice, water, and glassware for the BYOB crowd. Complimentary appetizers — cheese boards, charcuterie, fondue, and themed snacks — were laid out at every event. Upstairs, a lounge with a pool table, darts, and corner booths led into the play area: four king beds (one fitted with wrist and ankle cuffs), a sex swing, semi-private alcoves, a St. Andrew's Cross, and a spanking bench. Towels and condoms were provided throughout; labelled bottle lockers were available at the entrance. Entry required an approved membership: applicants submitted a profile with at least three photographs and were screened on effort and presentation rather than demographics. Single males needed to name a vouching member couple and attend their first event alongside that couple before gaining independent access. Regular events ran every Friday and Saturday, with occasional Wednesday and Sunday specials. The dress code was Dress to Impress. The address is now operated by KNetic Club South (kneticcalgary.club) — verify with that club before visiting.

Houston, TX
On-Premise Club
Club Choices — branded interchangeably as Club Choices Houston and Choices Swingers Club — operated for years out of an unmarked warehouse on Star Lane, a quiet industrial side street tucked just north of the Galleria. The building itself is a roughly 9,000-square-foot, three-level Class C industrial shell with no street signage; the kind of place you could drive past a hundred times without noticing. Inside, the club ran a hard split between the floors: ground level was full nightclub — dance floor, stripper poles, stages, chains hanging from the ceiling, a live DJ rotating between Top 40 and classics, and a BYOB setup bar pouring free sodas, water and mixers. The upper floor flipped the script entirely — hot tub, showers, a swing, lockers, a massage table, a small video room, fetish toys, and a row of VIP suites for couples and groups. A small on-site adult boutique stocked by SoftTouchSecrets.com sold lingerie, condoms and the usual range of toys for anyone who wanted to take a piece of the night home. The club ran Thursday through Saturday, with the occasional Wednesday daytime RSVP play session and rare Sunday slots. Thursdays opened the door at 9pm and pushed to 2am; Fridays and Saturdays ran until 5am with last entry at 1:30. Door pricing was tiered the standard on-premise way — single men paid the most ($40 Thursday, $60 weekend), couples sat in the middle ($30/$40), single women paid the least and got in free before 11pm. Membership was a $10 one-time fee bought on arrival. Dress code was enforced firmly enough that it appeared on every page of the site: "Dress to Impress" — sexy for women, nice shirt, shoes and pants for men, never sportswear and never shorts. The crowd, by all accounts, skewed older and quieter than a typical Houston nightclub. One Yelp review captured the tone: "Not what you think — it's not a strip bar and there's not sex everywhere. It is very classy and refined. Women are very respected." The club closed at 5/5 stars across 12 Yelp reviews. By March 2026 the doors were shut. There was no announcement — no press release, no closure post on Instagram, no farewell event. The clubchoiceshouston.com domain went dark first (Hostinger suspended the hosting account, the standard sign of unpaid bills), Yelp updated the listing to CLOSED in March, and the building re-tenanted to Lane 58, a hookah bar that took its Yelp listing live in May 2026. The Star Lane address has a long history of running through nightlife tenants — StarLane Industry Afterhours, Club 5806 / Rendevu, VIA After Hours (closed November 2025), and Richmond Studios (a daytime photography/event tenant from 2018) all cycled through the same building. None of the two dormant Instagram accounts (@clubchoiceshouston, @clubchoicess) have posted since well before closure, and the @bacchusnightclub_ confusion that occasionally surfaces online is a different venue in Bishop's Stortford, England. The legacy Wix site at choiceslifestyle.wixsite.com/choices is the only piece of the operation still publicly readable — a frozen snapshot of pricing, hours and rules from when the lights were on.
Phoenix, AZ
On-Premise Club (closed)
Club Discretions ran for nearly a quarter of a century behind an unmarked door at 3304 North 27th Avenue, sandwiched between Thomas and Osborn in the industrial flats of west Phoenix. The club had no street signage — "look for the BLUE lights on the west side of 27th Ave," the website used to read, and that was the only landmark you got. Founded around 2000 by John "Dutch" Van Brunschot and formally incorporated in Arizona in 2003 as Discretions Adult Social Club, the venue was one of a small group of Phoenix lifestyle clubs that survived the city's landmark 1998 anti-swingers ordinance — the one that declared sex clubs "inimical to the health, safety, general welfare and morals of the inhabitants of the city of Phoenix" and was later copied as a template by Las Vegas and Indianapolis. Discretions fought it in federal court alongside Club Chameleon, Guys & Dolls and Encounters, kept its doors open by boarding up its open viewing windows and converting public play areas (including the famously-named "Mass Hysteria" theme room) into private ones, and weathered a 2002 Phoenix PD raid in which staff and managers were briefly arrested. After all of it, the club just kept opening. For the next twenty-plus years it was Phoenix's busiest swingers social club, open seven nights a week — Sun–Thu 8pm to 3am, Fri–Sat to 5am, "363 days a year" by the club's own count. The vibe was unpretentious and a touch retro. A mirrored main stage with a brass stripper pole sat in the centre of the floor, with a separate stripper cage holding two more poles off to the side. Adult films played in the background throughout the building. A non-alcoholic juice-and-soda bar served free snacks and cheap drinks (Arizona state law banned alcohol sales on lifestyle premises, so guests poured their own from a house-issued red cup). Pool table, video games, a resident DJ taking requests, free condoms in every room. Upstairs sat the club's real anchor — nine private, semi-private and voyeur bedrooms, two B&D love swings, a "hideaway loft bed with a view," and what Discretions self-billed as the "LARGEST orgy room" in Arizona. It was a fully on-premises, full-swap club, marketed to all ages from 18 to 80, with a published etiquette guide ("Look Presentable, Ask Questions, Introduce Yourself…") and no formal dress code. By 2023 membership ran $25 per person per year, with a flat door fee of $10 Sun–Thu and $35 Fri–Sat; single women came free once they paid the yearly dues. Discretions did not so much close as go on hiatus. Sometime in 2023 the homepage gained a quiet banner — "Here's to many years of fun and memories, thank you for your loyal patronage. While there are currently priorities to deal with, if it is feasible Club Discretions may return in a bigger, better and more grand fashion than ever." The "Club Discretions 2.0" return never came. The clubdiscretions.com domain expired around December 2024 and now points to a parking page; the Yelp listing was flagged CLOSED at its April 2026 update. The building at 3304 N 27th Ave was taken over in 2024 by Hush Lounge AZ, a newer-generation private members-only lifestyle club that continues the address's long history as a Phoenix lifestyle venue. Of the original 1990s clubs that fought the Phoenix ordinance alongside Discretions, only Club Encounters — one block south on West Clarendon Avenue, opened 1996 — remains in continuous operation.
Wakefield, MA
Private-home party series (off-premise, presumed defunct)
Club E'Lan was a members-only lifestyle club that ran out of a private home about twenty minutes north of Boston, keeping its exact address off the internet and revealing the venue only to confirmed RSVPs. Founded in 1994 with the stated aim of giving adults a discreet place to explore the swinging lifestyle, it built a following over subsequent years and positioned itself as one of the Northeast's premier swing clubs — intimate enough to feel like a house party, organised enough to run a reliable calendar of themed evenings. Each gathering was built around a specific theme intended to ease newcomers into the scene while giving regulars a fresh reason to return. Attendance was deliberately capped at forty couples per event, keeping the crowd manageable and the atmosphere personal. Single women were always welcome; single men could attend in limited numbers — up to five per party — but only after passing a screening process. No one under twenty-five was admitted. The private-home setting meant Club E'Lan operated outside the commercial nightclub mould entirely: no door staff, no bar licence, no DJ booth — just a host-run gathering for a vetted community of adults in a residential space north of Boston. The club had no public website and relied on directory listings and word of mouth to maintain its membership.
Milwaukee, WI
Members-only BDSM/lifestyle community center (brand sunset — venue continues at the same address as Inversion MKE)
Club EASSEL ran for about four years as Milwaukee's self-described "BDSM/Lifestyle Community Center" — a sex-positive, body-positive, kink-inclusive members space built out of a suite inside a multi-tenant 1950s flex/industrial building at 615 S 89th Street, on the western edge of Milwaukee proper at the West Allis border. The club shared the building with a mechanical contractor, a junk-removal franchise and a construction firm — daytime industrial tenants who closed up by the time EASSEL's doors opened. The brand name is a stylised respelling of "easel" — the artist's stand — and that framing recurred in the club's own copy: "fun and exciting ways to explore your sexuality in a safe and sex-positive environment" and "explore your art in a body positive space." Eassel LLC was registered in Wisconsin on 11 December 2020 with Kathryn S. Huntington listed as registered agent; the club opened to the public not long after. EASSEL ran an unusual format for the US lifestyle scene — kink/BDSM-forward rather than swing-forward, members-only and application-based but unusually transparent for the niche (LLC on public record, BBB profile under "Adult Entertainment" with an A+ rating, Facebook and Instagram both maintained). It sat outside the standard swinger directories — not on SDC, Kasidie, SwingLifestyle or SwingersHelp — and lived instead on FetLife, Instagram, a Wisconsin Facebook lifestyle group, and a handful of community-centre listings (including a Madison sex-positive therapist's referral page). Programming ran Tuesday 7:30–10:30pm and Friday/Saturday 8pm–2am, with a regular Karaoke Night anchoring the weekly cadence and BDSM munches and play parties filling the rest. The Church of Ecstasy lifestyle aggregator rated it the highest-scoring Milwaukee venue at 4.2/5. The only public-facing peer in the city was The Key Social Club — a 21+ swinger-leaning social — and the two operated as complements rather than competitors. In the second half of 2024 the EASSEL name sunset and the venue rebranded as Inversion MKE. The change is documented in the City of Milwaukee Board of Zoning Appeals agenda for 12 September 2024, which lists "Inversion MKE, LLC" applying for a special use permit at 615 S 89th Street, and was confirmed in an r/milwaukee thread by a regular who clarified that "EASSEL did not close, just renamed to Inversion a few months ago. The management changed. It's now one of the best run establishments I know of. Everyone is super nice and there is a great culture of safety and consent." The clubeassel.com domain went offline shortly after, displaying a developer placeholder dated 2025. The Instagram, Facebook and FetLife accounts remain visible but inactive under the old name. The Club EASSEL brand is closed; the venue itself continues, under new ownership and a new identity, at the same address.

Pompano Beach, FL
Club Hedonism was, for decades, the oldest and longest-running swingers club in South Florida — a private, members-only, BYOB on-premise lifestyle nightclub tucked into a low-slung commercial strip at 1000 E Sample Rd in Pompano Beach. It kept a deliberately discreet, no-smoking, members-only door and ran Wednesday through Saturday from the evening into the early-morning hours, drawing a couples-and-singles crowd to its bar, lounge, dancefloor, locker room, and on-premise playrooms. During the COVID pandemic the venue was rebranded and remodeled under new management, reopening as Defy Lifestyle Club ("Club Defy"). The club's own Facebook announced it had "taken this opportunity during the Covid Pandemic to Rebrand and make some upgrades to one of South Florida's most historic lifestyle clubs," and the original clubhedonism.com address now greets visitors with "The oldest Swingers Club in South Florida has a NEW LOOK!" before forwarding them to the Defy site. As Defy, the same address still operates as South Florida's premier lifestyle club: a bar/lounge/dancefloor up front, a locker room, and a large open group playroom with beds plus several private playrooms off the main floor — including a multi-person shower in the play area. It remains BYOB (bartenders mix your own alcohol with provided mixers; tip the bartender), open Wednesday–Saturday roughly 9pm–4am, with couples, single women, and (on select nights) single men admitted. The Club Hedonism name is effectively retired; anyone searching for it today is pointed to Defy Lifestyle Club at the identical Pompano Beach location.

Hollywood, CA
On-Premise Club
Club Labyrinth LA, the Hollywood outpost of the multi-city Labyrinth swinger club brand (alongside locations in Midtown Manhattan and New Jersey), is currently closed. As of the club's own website, the Labyrinth LA events page reads "LABYRINTH LA IS CURRENTLY CLOSED — NEW LOCATION COMING SOON," directing inquiries to info@clublabyrinthla.com and inviting visitors to join a mailing list for updates. No reopening date or new address has been announced. Before closing, the club operated as a members-only, on-premise swinger and fetish venue out of an undisclosed, secluded building in Hollywood. The former space was spread across multiple levels and included group playrooms, semi-private play areas, lounge areas, individual play stations, and a dedicated BDSM play space, alongside a cigarette-smoking area and a complimentary refreshment bar serving soda, juice, water, cups, and ice. The club supplied lockers, condoms, lubricant, and towels, and described its atmosphere as dark, sexually charged, and sensual, welcoming both exhibitionists and voyeurs in a setting it billed as safe, non-judgmental, and low-pressure — guests were never required to participate. Before closing, entry required a paid Labyrinth membership (12-month for $40, 6-month for $30, or 1-week for $20), purchased online in advance, plus a nightly admission fee that varied by night and guest type. Single men needed photo verification or sponsorship by a member couple and paid a premium to help balance gender ratios, while couples were required to arrive and leave together. The club did not sell alcohol — events were BYOB with a one-bottle (or six-pack) limit per membership and a $20 surcharge — and photo ID (driver's license, government ID, or passport) was mandatory at the door.

Houston, TX
On-Premise Club
Desires Houston sat along State Highway 249 in north Houston, tucked into a commercial suite at 14207 SH-249 S, Unit 23. The club positioned itself as a private members-only lifestyle venue catering to open-minded adults, drawing couples and singles from across Texas, Louisiana, and beyond. Reviewers noted a thorough renovation under new management that redid every room, lifting the space into what regulars described as an upscale atmosphere without losing a social, welcoming feel. The club opened Fridays and Saturdays from 10 PM to 5 AM and Sundays from 9 PM to 3 AM, with the rest of the week dark. Entry required membership, purchasable online in advance; walk-in membership was not advertised. The crowd was consistently described as diverse, with the venue operating under an explicit No Means No consent policy emphasising comfort for newcomers and regulars alike. Amenities included a dance floor, private playrooms, live DJ, hookah service, and BYOB arrangements. The venue accepted credit cards and cryptocurrency and was listed as wheelchair accessible. A July 2025 Yelp reviewer reported the owner confirmed permanent closure; prospective visitors should verify current status before travelling.

Washington, DC
Entre Nous has been Washington DC's premier members-only lifestyle event since 2000 — a roving off-premise social club for couples and single women. Rather than occupying a fixed address, events rotate through discreet DC nightclub venues, typically running 9 or 10PM to 3AM. The crowd leans young, with the average guest in the 30–35 range and single women making up roughly 20 percent of attendees on any given night. Events are nightclub in format: live DJs spinning 80s remixes, Euro-dance, R&B, and drum and bass anchor a proper dance floor, while a fully stocked bar and lounge fill the space. Themed parties and seasonal specials keep regulars returning; new guests are encouraged to arrive early to meet the hosts and get oriented. As a strictly off-premise event — no sex, no illegal nudity, full DC ABRA compliance — Entre Nous operates openly inside licensed nightclub venues. That structural choice defines the atmosphere: guests dress up, dance, drink, and connect. Single men are not admitted under any circumstances, no exceptions, ever.

Budel, Noord-Brabant
swingers_club
Inn Joy was a swingers and gay-friendly couples club at Willem de Zwijgerstraat 2E in Budel, a small municipality in Noord-Brabant midway between Eindhoven and Weert. The club is permanently closed: the venue's own website lists every day as gesloten, the Dutch business register records KvK number 17161847 as no longer active, and a dedicated closure announcement was published by Gay News NL. During its years of operation, the club — run by a couple known to regulars as Ton and Nans — billed itself as de gezelligste parenclub van Nederland (the cosiest couples club in the Netherlands) and held Centraal Kwaliteitskeurmerk certification, the Dutch quality-mark scheme for adult venues. The standalone building sat on a large private car park and accommodated visitors across six themed rooms — among them a Mirror Room, a Red Room, and a Blue Room — as well as an upstairs darkroom and a bar corner equipped with a sling. A sauna, sunbeds, a staffed bar, and a kitchen producing cold buffets on weekday evenings and a warm-and-cold spread at weekends rounded out the communal areas. Entry was all-inclusive: towels, condoms, and non-alcoholic drinks were covered in the admission price, lockers were available at reception, and air conditioning ran throughout. The atmosphere, as described by visitors, leaned toward relaxed Brabant hospitality rather than the harder edge of a nightclub, with a dress code enforced from arrival — lingerie and heels or boots for women, boxer shorts or briefs for men. The weekly programme ran across five sessions: Monday evenings (20:00–01:00) were reserved for a gay and bi men-only night, Thursday ran a mixed bi evening, Friday and Saturday hosted open mixed sessions until 01:00–02:00, and a Sunday afternoon slot (14:00–20:00) catered to couples and women. Entry was priced by night and guest category, with couples paying €25–40, single women €0–15, and single men €55–65; all fees were all-inclusive covering the buffet and drinks. The club also operated a dedicated gay programme and had won recognition as the best gay party venue in Noord-Brabant.

New York, NY
For more than three decades, Le Trapeze was New York City's most enduring couples-only sex club, occupying a distinctive space at 17 East 27th Street, between Madison and Fifth Avenues in Midtown Manhattan. The club was lodged inside the Prince George Hotel — a 1903 NYC landmark — specifically within what had been the hotel's Madison Pub, a Shakespearean English-style bar. That heritage gave the interior an incongruous warmth: stained glass windows, exposed brick, wood-beam ceilings, and wagon-wheel chandeliers imported from Europe, all of it radiating country-pub atmosphere. A nondescript exterior door carried only the name — nothing more — and a buzz-controlled entry led members into pleasantly dim, rose-tinted rooms. The layout spread across two floors. The ground level held a dance floor ringed by couches, a free soft-drink bar (alcohol BYOB, no corkage), and a buffet included with entry. A corridor off the bar led to four private rooms with locks, plus an attendant locker room with showers and towels. Beyond the lockers, a small flight of stairs opened into a mat room — a raised mezzanine-like platform with a wrought-iron barrier and wall-to-wall mattresses. At the base of the spiral staircase was the large orgy room, its mirrored ceiling amplifying everything. The second floor held roughly five open semi-private rooms for couples plus two enclosed rooms fitted with sex benches for voyeurs and exhibitionists. A manager gave first-timers a personal walkthrough of the entire space. Admission was open to couples and single women; single men were not permitted. Membership could be purchased at the door. The one explicit rule staff and regulars alike enforced was first-names only and no means no; couples who arrived together were required to leave together. The crowd spanned a wide range of ages, and the atmosphere was reliably described as more raw than glamorous — a place that survived vice squads, the AIDS epidemic, and multiple recessions before New York's real estate market finally shut it down in mid-2016.
Nashville, TN
On-Premise Club
Permanently closed. Menages Club operated as a private, membership-based lifestyle venue in downtown Nashville from 2000 until 2020, when the building was sold and converted into Drexel House, a homeless shelter run by the nonprofit Room in the Inn. There is no successor lifestyle club at the former address, and no evidence the club relocated or reopened under a different name. While active, the club ran parties Wednesday through Saturday from 8pm and operated BYOB, with mixers, ice, and setups provided at the bar; smoking was not permitted indoors. This listing is kept for historical reference only — the former address is now a residential shelter serving a vulnerable population, so do not attempt to visit.
Lelystad, Flevoland
swingers_club
Permanently closed as of 1 June 2026, Party Players operated from a purpose-built complex at Kofschip 14 on the outskirts of Lelystad, Flevoland, drawing couples and singles from across the central Netherlands — including the Randstad cities and the provinces of Gelderland, Overijssel, and Friesland. The building was destroyed by fire on 11 June 2026, ten days after operations ceased. The municipality of Lelystad had purchased the property for approximately €4 million to clear the site for a planned housing development. The venue occupied an extensive single-storey complex. Facilities included a heated indoor swimming pool with waterfall feature and jetstream, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a tantra lounge, a BDSM dungeon, a darkroom, and multiple private and themed playrooms. A full-service restaurant offered buffet meals throughout the day alongside a manned bar. Beer, wine, and soft drinks were included in the admission price on all open days; spirits were added to the all-inclusive package on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Free parking was available on site; lockers required a €10 refundable key deposit. Condoms and towels were provided. Wednesday through Friday and Sundays ran general sessions open to couples, solo women, and — by prior email reservation — single men. Saturday evenings (20:00–04:00) were reserved exclusively for couples and trios; single men were not admitted. Regular themed events included KinkyParadise nights, a monthly Try and Play session for newcomers and regulars, and X-Treme Fetish party nights. A dress code applied: erotic or club attire for women; fitted boxer shorts or club clothing for men.

Atlantic City, NJ
Event Organizer
Saints & Sinners AC anchors the Diving Horse entertainment complex at 18 S. Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd, a sprawling 55,000-square-foot multi-use building in Atlantic City. Guests enter discreetly from the back of the Diving Horse complex rather than the main boulevard-facing door — a deliberate design choice that sets the tone for the whole experience. Inside, four floors hold an impressive inventory of spaces: 15 open, air-conditioned play rooms, additional private and semi-private rooms, 11 showers, 2 BYOB bars stocked with mixers, 2 dance floors fitted with stripper poles, an outdoor heated pool, an outdoor deck, and a food buffet that runs through the night. Erotic movies play throughout the venue to set the mood. The club pitches itself as a new-age, modern lifestyle destination rather than a classic swinger haunt, and the crowd — primarily couples in their late twenties to late forties — dresses to match. Women tend toward fitted dresses; men wear button-up shirts and jeans. Saturday theme nights are a recurring feature, with prizes and costumed dress codes announced in advance. The adjacent Diving Horse Inn (30 rooms, many with jacuzzi tubs and balconies overlooking the deck and pool) lets members extend the evening without leaving the building, while the neighboring Diving Horse Cabaret and Luxx Lounge nightclub round out the complex. Doors open Fridays and Saturdays from 9 pm, with Fridays running to 3 am and Saturdays to 4-5 am. The club is closed Sunday through Thursday.
Fredonia, NY
The Badd Kitty Club operated out of a large private venue at 3491 Route 20 in the town of Sheridan, Chautauqua County — about 45 miles southwest of Buffalo near the Fredonia/Dunkirk exit. Billing itself as western New York's premier women-run, on-premise lifestyle club, it catered exclusively to couples and single women; membership was free to apply for, with event access and website login granted only after vetting. The club described itself as a private, members-only setting for couples and singles to explore their passions without inhibition. At its peak the club hosted several events per month, drawing gatherings of around 50 people at a time. Owner Raquel Spears argued it was a legitimate private business and a responsible neighbour; reports noted guests paying approximately $150 per head, with the club estimating close to $300,000 in annual economic impact. The venue shared its building with a daytime pawn shop, operated evenings with no exterior signage, and admitted only pre-screened members — BYOB throughout, with no bar licence. The physical venue was destroyed in a fire on July 11, 2022. As of late 2024 the burned-out shell remained standing, with the Town of Sheridan filing a state Supreme Court lawsuit against the property owner seeking demolition and site remediation. The club website (baddkittyclub.com) remains reachable but returns sparse content; no verified evidence of a new operating location has been found.

Toronto, Ontario
Club
The O Zone, also marketed as O Couples Club (ocouplesclub.com), operated as one of the largest on-premise lifestyle clubs in North America from a 10,000-square-foot space at 36 Stoffel Drive in Etobicoke, a light-industrial pocket of northwest Toronto a short drive from Pearson International Airport. The club drew couples from across the Greater Toronto Area and regularly ran sellout themed events. The physical venue is now permanently closed; ocouplesclub.com redirects to takeabiteoftheapple.com, the events platform run under the TABOTA brand by the same operators. The space was built as a full-service nightclub as much as a play venue. A large central dance floor was ringed by poles, dance cages, go-go platforms, and a laser-and-light show, with a fully stocked licensed bar and food service on party nights. Intimate lounge areas offered seating for couples who preferred to watch or socialise, while a back section housed themed rooms, private play rooms, and locker rooms with showers. Nudity and intimate contact were not permitted in the bar or dance areas — play was restricted to the dedicated back rooms. Large themed events were a signature of the operation, most notably the annual TABOTA Mardi Pardi, a recurring sellout. When operating, the club ran Thursday through Saturday from 9 pm to 3 am on a members-only basis; annual membership was bundled into a guest's first-night charge, with a Platinum tier for recurring access. Fridays were mix-and-mingle nights open to couples and singles of all genders; Saturdays admitted couples and single women only, with unaccompanied men turned away. Minimum age was 21. Dress code barred athletic shoes, baggy jeans, ball caps, beach shorts, and sportswear.
Toronto, Ontario
bdsm-dungeon
The Ritual Chamber permanently closed its doors as a public BDSM dungeon on December 31, 2024, after a decade of operation in Toronto's High Park neighbourhood. Founder and operator HM Shahrazad announced the closure in early 2024, citing a move toward establishing a private psychotherapy practice. The space operated at two Toronto addresses over its ten-year run — first a loft storefront in the West Junction area, then the main floor of a century-old house in High Park — and was described by its founder as the much-loved BDSM dungeon and fetish studio curated and managed by HM Shahrazad. At its peak The Ritual Chamber functioned as both a professional dungeon and a lifestyle community hub. It maintained a roster of up to 28 house staff — Dominants, submissives, and switches — personally mentored by HM Shahrazad, and offered private play sessions, double-occupancy dungeon rentals, and a calendar of public events. Over its lifespan the venue logged more than 1,000 session hours per year and hosted over 150 distinct events, including 162 kink education seminars, 19 munches drawing nearly 1,000 attendees, a Spankathon fundraiser that raised over CA$3,000 for the Woodhull Freedom Foundation, and collaborations with organisations such as Northbound Leather. Following closure of the dungeon space, HM Shahrazad continues to offer kink coaching and consulting, limited professional play sessions specialising in traditional corporal punishment and impact play, BDSM workshops (live and online), and pro-dominant mentorship. Audio recordings of 32 past workshops remain available for purchase on the website.

San Francisco, CA
BDSM Club
Wicked Grounds was a kink-friendly cafe, boutique, and education space located at 289 8th St in San Francisco's SoMa neighborhood, operating from September 2009 until the permanent closure of its brick-and-mortar location at the end of June 2023. Founded by Ryan Galiotto and Rose White and later owned by Mir (Miriam Green), it combined a coffeehouse and fetish boutique with an upstairs workshop space. Citing roughly $80,000 in debt and reduced foot traffic post-pandemic, the owner closed the physical venue in June 2023 and pivoted to an online-only model, now operating as Wicked Grounds Annex.

Winnipeg, Manitoba
Sex Club
X Club Winnipeg was one of Canada's largest lifestyle and sex-positive social clubs, occupying a converted three-storey building at 457 Notre Dame Ave in downtown Winnipeg, Manitoba. The venue operated as an all-inclusive, body-positive space welcoming couples, singles, and LGBTQ2S+ guests of all orientations and gender identities. The club permanently closed on May 24, 2026, after repeated unsuccessful applications for a liquor license from Manitoba's Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority left the business financially unviable. Spanning over 10,000 square feet across three floors, X Club offered 35 lockable private rooms — from single lockers to themed fantasy suites and a private hot tub suite — alongside a dry sauna, large steam room, communal showers, and a sex-free social lounge. A basement dungeon housed sex swings, a kink cage, glory holes, and a gay and bi-oriented porn lounge. The venue hosted themed event nights including Seductive Saturdays and fantasy-themed Fridays, and operated on a continuous schedule from Wednesday at 9 AM through Monday at 3 AM, closing only on Tuesdays. Entry was structured as a room or locker rental rather than a traditional door charge, and no alcohol was ever sold on the premises.
